In The Desert and IRC (International Racing Consultants) are proud
to announce IRC the Official Provider of Satellite Communications
Systems for Best In The Desert Racing Association.
The many safety features of the IriTrack® system make it unique as a
safety tool for competitors. No where else can racers obtain a
device that provides real-time two way voice communications, high
impact crash alerts, roll over alerts, and stop alerts directly to a
centralized control center during the race. We are pleased IRC is
able to provide its system for competitors in all mandatory classes.
The IriTrack® system however is not just a safety tool; IRC also
manages the IRC Live Public Tracking Web Page. This allows every
race vehicle equipped with the system to be seen and followed every
mile of the race by friends, family, sponsors, and media. This very
unique combination of technologies means you race with a higher
level of safety. For all fans, associates and family members, it
means being able to watch ‘team progress’ through the desert.
IRC is pleased to be a Best In The Desert contingency sponsor and
will present 2 free IriTrack Leases worth $275.00 each at a future
event to both the 20th and 50th overall 4 wheel vehicles to finish
the Parker 425. The winners will be able to use the prize lease at
any Best In The Desert race during the 2007 season except for Parker
425.
As at 2006 Silver State Series events, IRC will be available for all
competitors at Contingency and post race will provide each
competitor with “data” related to the IriTrack on the competitor’s
vehicle only.
Working with Casey Folks and the Best In The Desert means that IRC
can continue to provide the best quality service for customers and
the best satellite communication system in off-road.
