Off road race
drivers from around the mid-west are set to meet at the SOIL M-X IL
MOTORSPORTS PARK in Bone Gap, Illinois the weekend of July 21st for
the Fifth race in the MID AMERICA OFF ROAD ASSOCIATION'S short course and
endurance series.
With a brand
new track just freshly built and large contingency program posted,
this race should show the world what MAORA is made of. Club President Tim
Scherer Believes that this all new facility will provide some great mid -
season racing and looks forward to having Soil M-X as on as one of the
regular tracks in the series.
The drivers
will duke it out on the newly built short course to see who will be able
to claim bragging rights as the first, first place finisher.
Soil M-X
Motorsports Park is located just South of Olney Illinois, and this
weekend is sure to once again prove to be an experience for both fans and
racers alike. Neoga, Illinois Tim Scherer will attempt to retain his title
as Class 7e Champion, as will Pat Welch from Freeburg, Illinois in Class
16, and let's not forget Class 7 driver Butch Bahrns from Watson,
Illinois.
