Eurocarpatica Cup Baja International-stage a-VI-a

The Cross-Contry Rally –Baja International Cup is a competition for 4x4 cars, ATV motorcycles and trucks. The event will take place as per the regulations of International Automobilist Federation and International Motorcycling Federation. The competition is the II stage of the Romanian National Championship of Cross-Contry Rallies and the IVth stage in the Hungarian National Championship. The expertise of the main organizer in such events is a guaranty for the high standards of the race. RANEDO has previously organized important motor competitions such as Romanian Rally – counting for the European Rally Championship, the final stage of the European Enduro Championship. Last but not least RANEDO was the Romanian organizer for the Central Europe Rally –series DAKAR.
The event will also be attended by crews from SaudiArabia, Austria,Belgium,Byelorussia,Bulgaria,CheckRepublic,Croatia,Switzerland,England, France,Holland,Italy,Israel,Germany,Greece,Latvia,Quatar,Poland,Portugal,Russia,SerbiaSlovakia,Slovenia,Spain,Suedia,Turkye, Ukraine, Hungary and Romania.
The route has a length of 723 km on gravel, forest and country roads, of which 376,2 km are timed in special stages :Baia Mare – Sapanta –Huta Certeze-Izvoare Resort–Mara– Baia Mare(route proposed for the Central Europe Rally-series DAKAR-2008).

The aim of the rally is to promote Maramures and Satu Mare tourist region, the motor sport, automobile tourism and last but not least, the name, the Maramures brand.

We truly believe that, given our experience in organizing such competitions, we will be able, together with your support, to bring this event to international standards.
