WSORR heads into the month of
March with four big shows on SPEED Channel to cap off 18
episodes from the 2007 season.
-
First up in March is the final round of PRO racing action
from Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. What a great
weekend it was for off-road racing and for determining Series
Champions. Don't miss Round XIII action this coming Saturday at
3 P.M Eastern! Lucas Oil Speedway, of course, is the site of the
Lucas Oil Off-Road World Series opener May 31-June 1, 2008. This
great facility is delivering some exciting TV for motorsports
fans. WSORR is glad to be returing to Wheatland this coming
Spring. Lucas Oil Speedway, already a top notch off-road track,
is sure to be the next Bark River or Crandon as fans in the
Show-Me discover the thrills and spills of WSORR action!
Later in March, SPEED features a WSORR "Double-Header" with two
consecutive hours of programming on Saturday, March 22 from 3
P.M to 5 P.M. WSORR SRT divisions take to the TV screen first
followed by the traditional Forest County Potawatomi Chairman's
Cup race -- the nation's oldest Cup race.
Also slated to air on Saturday, March 22 is the first ever Cup
race for PRO Light Pickups! Billed as the "Decision at Sundown"
this PRO Light Challenge Cup race will make history on national
cable TV!
Of course, WSORR's TV schedule wraps up with the grand-daddy of
all off-road events -- the annual BorgWarner Shootout. Please
note the special date and time for this event -- Saturday, March
29 at 6 PM.
This special one hour broadcast of off-road racing's premier
short course event includes a recap of the annual Nissan Time
Trials for entry into the Shootout. Over the year's the
BorgWarner Shootout has garnered the highest ratings of any
off-road show on SPEED.
Enjoy the action!
